  1. Just got started with my new online course (MOOC) from UCSF. They want to outdo MIT, lol! So the MIT course I took last year said you needed a score of 60% to earn a passing grade, and you needed an average of 6-7 hours of work per week -- they changed that into 14-20 hours per week on Week 2, cuz pple wrote in the discussion forum of the course that it took them much longer than that to review course material and do the assessment part; well for me it was full time ++ job...

Now we have a UCSF course (MOOC) for doctors (physicians, health practitioners) to learn about genomic medicine, and as doctors already know everything, right, this course will only ask 2 or 4 hours per week of their precious time. Wanna earn a passing grade? You need a total score of... wait for it... 70% (yes we CAN outdo you, MIT!)

Why not say this course will only take a few minutes of your time each week?... Seriously, guys... This is gonna be full time for me again... 7 weeks...

By the way, it's very interesting and I like the ergonomy of this course...
