Welcome to the digital era of biology (and to this modest blog I started in early 2005).

To cure many diseases, like cancer or cystic fibrosis, we will need to target genes (mutations, for ex.), not organs! I am convinced that the future of replacement medicine (organ transplant) is genomics (the science of the human genome). In 10 years we will be replacing (modifying) genes; not organs!

Avant que de me lancer dans ce ô combien ambitieux projet, j'ai encore un petit service à demander à M. Jean-Michel Billaut, l'auteur du Billautshow ... ledit petit service est formulé dans la vidéo qui suit ... et j'en profite pour donner le nom de la société qui propose de l'Internet à très haut débit en Hauts-de-Seine et qui est mentionnée dans cette petite vidéo : equalum. C'est ainsi qu'a été baptisée la société créée pour réaliser et exploiter THD Seine, le réseau de très haut débit du Département ...
