Welcome to the digital era of biology (and to this modest blog I started in early 2005).

To cure many diseases, like cancer or cystic fibrosis, we will need to target genes (mutations, for ex.), not organs! I am convinced that the future of replacement medicine (organ transplant) is genomics (the science of the human genome). In 10 years we will be replacing (modifying) genes; not organs!

Is Genomics (and 3D bioprinting) going to be as disruptive for organ transplantation (and immunosuppressive drugs) as Bitcoin (and Apple) is going to be for money and banking?... The late Steve Jobs thought so, and he isn't the only one... When will Apple disrupt the banking and financial industry, by launching into them? Lemme guess... Pretty soon?...

ah!, los miserables religiosos de la "ética", la "ética" de los homovicios techos del Vatic ano "inspiradores" de horribles abusos de los miserables curas contra los inocentes.
