Welcome to the digital era of biology (and to this modest blog I started in early 2005).
To cure many diseases, like cancer or cystic fibrosis, we will need to target genes (mutations, for ex.), not organs! I am convinced that the future of replacement medicine (organ transplant) is genomics (the science of the human genome). In 10 years we will be replacing (modifying) genes; not organs!

Je demande à M. Jean-Michel Billaut (celui du Billautshow, si si, lui-même, en chair et en os) de jeter un oeil distrait sur ce Post ... Il me répond : " Il faudrait indiquer sur 'Think different!' qu'il y a un fichier audio ..." Je tombe de l'armoire ... Moi qui pensais que chez Apple, y avait que des Geeks et autres Nerds ... Remarquez, pas sûr qu'à la Fédération Hospitalière de France, à qui j'ai envoyé le lien vers ce Post, ils s'aperçoivent de la présence dudit fichier audio ... OK, Jean-Michel ... Eh, les gars, y a un fichier audio sur "Think different!" ...
