Welcome to the digital era of biology (and to this modest blog I started in early 2005).

To cure many diseases, like cancer or cystic fibrosis, we will need to target genes (mutations, for ex.), not organs! I am convinced that the future of replacement medicine (organ transplant) is genomics (the science of the human genome). In 10 years we will be replacing (modifying) genes; not organs!

D'un système de santé organisé en silos à la e-santé (santé 2.0)

Les médecins se mettent aux tablets, au Cloud et autres outils d'e-santé, pour le plus grand bien des patients et du "trou" de la Sécu ... Le point, documenté en faits, interviews streamés et chiffrés, sur le Billautshow, plateforme de l'économie du numérique. Voici donc Vitalink, la feuille de soins électronique ...

J'en profite pour saluer ici le travail accompli par M. Billaut, qui a lui-même expérimenté les absurdités de l'organisation de notre système de santé puisqu'il y a perdu une jambe il y a bientôt 3 ans de cela ... Depuis, M. Billaut se bat pour faire avancer l'e-santé en France ... ce n'est pas une mince affaire ... Sa devise : "restons factuels et solidaires" ... Objectif atteint ...
