Pointing out shortcomings in organ transplant is pointless as it cannot change reality...
As long as no other viable alternative to transplant is available... Countries around Europe (to my knowledge UK does not belong to Europe) do put their back into genomics and 3D bioprinting, creating tomorrow's world and alternatives to transplant. And that's because they know for sure that a transplant's not a cure (well, ask Steve Jobs)... Meanwhile, in France (and in Europe, and in the US), organ transplants and immunosuppressants are generating a certain guaranteed income and of course nobody wants to disrupt this established business model...
Oh but wait until we start tinkering with our genes and printing out organs for transplants...

Tant qu'aucune autre alternative n'existe ... Les pays autour de l'Europe (pour moi ce terme d'Europe n'inclue pas le Royaume-Uni) se mettent sérieusement à la génomique et au 3D bioprinting. Ils préparent activement le monde de demain, tandis qu'en France (mais pas que ...) on dort sur les rentes de situation de certains (la greffe et les immunosuppresseurs) ...
Pourtant, quand on commencera à bricoler son génome ... et à imprimer des organes à des fins de transplantations ...
